
{"id":18,"date":"2011-01-22T15:38:22","date_gmt":"2011-01-22T14:38:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/serverdude.dk\/?p=18"},"modified":"2011-01-22T15:38:22","modified_gmt":"2011-01-22T14:38:22","slug":"honning-hjerter","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serverdude.dk\/?p=18","title":{"rendered":"Honning Hjerter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>600 gram mel<\/p>\n<p>2 tsk. st\u00c3\u00b8dt kanel<br \/>\n2 tsk. st\u00c3\u00b8dt nellike<br \/>\n2 tsk. hjortetakssalt<br \/>\n1 tsk. st\u00c3\u00b8dt ingef\u00c3\u00a6r<br \/>\n30 gram potaske (r\u00c3\u00b8res ud i vand)<br \/>\n200 gram smeltet sm\u00c3\u00b8r eller margarine<br \/>\n500 gram honning<br \/>\n2 \u00c3\u00a6g<\/p>\n<p>OBS: Nybegyndere b\u00c3\u00b8r m\u00c3\u00a5ske n\u00c3\u00b8jes med den halve portion.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00c3\u00a6ld de t\u00c3\u00b8rre ingredienser i en sk\u00c3\u00a5l.<\/p>\n<p>Smelt sm\u00c3\u00b8r\/margarine &#8211; kom honningen deri n\u00c3\u00a5r fedtstoffet er smeltet.<\/p>\n<p>Bland den udr\u00c3\u00b8rte potaske i sk\u00c3\u00a5len sammen med \u00c3\u00a6g efterfulgt af honning\/fedtstofblandingen.  Det hele skal \u00c3\u00a6ltes sammen til en homogen masse, lad det blot forblive i sk\u00c3\u00a5len, da dejen er rimelig  tynd p\u00c3\u00a5 dette tidspunkt.<\/p>\n<p>Ingen panik, ikke mere mel i &#8211; det ordner sig, n\u00c3\u00a5r fedtstoffet s\u00c3\u00a6tter sig.<\/p>\n<p>Lad dejen st\u00c3\u00a5 koldt et par dage s\u00c3\u00a5 smagen kan gennemtr\u00c3\u00a6nge.<\/p>\n<p>Dejen rulles ud i ca. 1 cm tykkelse. Forme kan bruges til at trykke kager ud, men man kan ogs\u00c3\u00a5 fors\u00c3\u00b8ge sig ud i frih\u00c3\u00a5nd.<\/p>\n<p>Kagerne l\u00c3\u00a6gges p\u00c3\u00a5 en smurt bageplade &#8211; brug evt. bagepapir i stedet. Kagerne vil h\u00c3\u00a6ve lidt under bagningen og vil i\u00c3\u00b8vrigt  ogs\u00c3\u00a5 l\u00c3\u00b8be lidt ud, s\u00c3\u00a5 hold et par centimeters afstand imellem dem.<\/p>\n<p>Pladen stilles i en 200 graders varm ovn, hvori kagerne bages i ca. 10 minutter.<\/p>\n<p>Kagerne kan pyntes med chokolade eller hvid glasur (1 \u00c3\u00a6ggehvide, 150  gram flormelis, 4 dr\u00c3\u00a5ber eddike piskes sammen) kan spr\u00c3\u00b8jtes p\u00c3\u00a5, n\u00c3\u00a5r  hjerterne er afk\u00c3\u00b8let og t\u00c3\u00b8rre.<\/p>\n<p>Man beh\u00c3\u00b8ver naturligvis ikke pynte kagerne, men jeg syntes, at de er  mere saftige &#8211; i l\u00c3\u00a6ngere tid &#8211; med en skal af chokolade&#8230; og s\u00c3\u00a5 smager  det jo godt :o)<\/p>\n<p>N\u00c3\u00a5r glasuren er t\u00c3\u00b8r pakkes kagerne luftt\u00c3\u00a6t.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>600 gram mel 2 tsk. st\u00c3\u00b8dt kanel 2 tsk. st\u00c3\u00b8dt nellike 2 tsk. hjortetakssalt 1 tsk. st\u00c3\u00b8dt ingef\u00c3\u00a6r 30 gram potaske (r\u00c3\u00b8res ud i vand) 200 gram smeltet sm\u00c3\u00b8r eller margarine 500 gram honning 2 \u00c3\u00a6g OBS: Nybegyndere b\u00c3\u00b8r m\u00c3\u00a5ske n\u00c3\u00b8jes med den halve portion.
