I’m posting short summaries on books I’ve read – mostly for my own sake. Personal beliefs and recipes on food and cake.
My primary interest – for the time being – is the lack of quality in software solutions provided. Whether it is 4 decimal digits for a monetary value, poor interfaces both programmatic and user interfaces, poor leadership, neglected maintenance, etc. There is just so much of it – both in commercial and open source software, governmental and privately run projects.
And I ought to add some code snippets in Java, Groovy, Scala, … though I haven’t gotten around to that yet.
